I don't think the movie will be great. But I think people will appreciate the love that went into the movie, even if the story turns out bad, even if the CGI is weird. The people involved seem to actually love the concept they're making, and if that's convey through the screen, I think that's enough for me. Doesn't mean it'll be a legendary movie. But at least it'll be worth watching.

At least they're using the elements from the game like crafting and other info on the game. In the Borderlands movie, there is one character that didn't even used most of his moves from what I remember (I fell asleep halfway through the movie)
