Ok so this was cute and funny, which is refreshing with cooking shows. Him trying to pour the water not once but twice got to me (Lol). I like the concept, and I love that he is laughing with those behind the scene as well. It certainly adds not only a personal touch, but a very humble one as well. The recipe/tip was very simple, which is perfect for those starting out in their adventures of cooking. I'm curious to see this progress, and I will certainly watch more in the future. Job well done Leeteuk and Crew!

3.[加入蔬菜包和調料包後繼續翻炒洋蔥]---[調理秘訣1]假如你在家點了炸醬麵和辣海鮮麵，會附大醬那個大醬可以留著，然後用在這裡煮炸醬麵/(炸醬)炒年糕/意大利麵就能做出跟餐廳一樣的風味。另一個調理秘訣是呂敬來大師告訴我的，讓炸醬麵好吃的方法---[調理秘訣2] 拿一個大鑊把炸醬麵和[李錦記豆瓣醬]翻炒在一起。炸醬麵隨著時間會發脹，如果跟發脹的炸醬麵一起炒會更好吃。
4.[水滾後把麵全部下下去]這裡要注意不要煮太久，等一下還要跟醬料再翻炒的。啊~差點忘記~用筷子都會有水，所以先用濾網把麵瀝乾再加入醬料鍋裡。
5.[炸醬麵與洋蔥醬料一起翻炒]其實現在是不用加麵水的，但還是加一小湯匙好了...再加一點點，關火後再加點橄欖油攪拌。洋蔥愈多，它的味道會愈像餐廳的。擺好盤可再加點辣椒片。Chapagetti炸醬麵完成。
[紅字]我是炸醬麵。什麼? 炸醬麵。 去吧~ Doo-Doom-Chit 大家一起大聲喊炸醬麵!

Está el programa de TH-cam de Baek Jong-won, 'Secretos de Cocina'. Así que el mío, no es 'cocinar'. Decidimos llamarlo preparar, así que son mis 'Recetas Secretas', jaja. Como pueden ver, ya que es nuestro primer episodio, no hay demasiado. No hay nada aquí, está casi vacío. Toma tiempo para que caliente, pero una vez caliente dura un rato. Si tienes una de estas en casa, puedes hacer grandes comidas.

Y cuando probemos la comida, usaré estos pa-palillos. Ten cuidado con la pronunciación.
Claro, entonces, ya vimos las herramientas para nuestra receta. Ahora, ¡echemos un vistazo a lo primero de Secretos de Recetas de Leeteuk!

Al inicio, deberías usar fuego al máximo para asegurarte que la cebolla se mezcle con el aceite.
Después de eso, bajas el fuego poco a poco y lo fríes bien. Por lo que veo, 2-3 minutos será bien. Sólo para quitarle la orilla cruda.

En casa intenté este método. Si ordenas jjajangmyeon y jjamppong (fideos con mariscos) en casa obtienes chunjang (pasta de frijoles fermentada) con ellos.
[Tip de Receta Secreta! Puedes guardar el chunjang para más tarde y combinarlo junto]
Así que no me comí el chunjang, sino que lo guardé por separado. Y si estás cocinando jjajangmyeon o tteokbokki en casa, puedes usar un poco de chunjang para hacer tteokbokki de frijoles negros o incluso con el chapagetti que haces en casa puede tener más de ese sabor de restaurante.
Otro secreto de receta que puedo dar, si pides jjajangmyeon, de hecho, Chef Lu Ching-Lai me lo dijo.
