Hey Randy.. I purchased a Phoenix Oro from you and for some reason , my gas keeps blowing out ....even when i lower airflow , with kpa set at around 2 kpa and if i set it any lower kpa, it blows out and because of that it is very very dificult to work it out . I have cleaned my gas burner but it still blows out the fire .What is causing this
