Junior is a typical example of how peer pressure can derail you. Especially in the absence of good, proper guidance. When he started with idiskitv there was a huge pushback and intense criticism of his game analysis. Thankfully many have come around and appreciate his analysis. He understands the game he's analysis is solid and he calls a spade a spade, which is very rare these days. Good luck to him and the team he works with.
I must add and say I always look forward to listen to Jnr and most of the time he was spot on with his predictions. Credit must be given to him for calling a spade a spade and trying to be constructive in his criticism.

Let me correct Junior on this one,It didn't take Blom u5 years to deliver,he was played in different positions,and they didn't believe in him when there was Katsande ad a DM,when Katsande left he was given that role and he didn't disappoint
Junior seems to have short memory. Blom started as a right back and was impressive under Middendorp. When Hunt came he played Blom in many different positions like you have said but still did very well.
I could be wrong but I think what he was saying is that in the past development products would hit the ground running but now they take longer to settle. And Zwane seems different because he looked settled though he's new

From the Doctor Khumalos to the Thabo Mookis to Jabu Pule and Itu Khune... Then around the Stuart Baxter era it slowed and its been rare ever since. Until the ban and now with Arthur. It's exciting though and I hope the players seize the opportunity
