The Versace outfits here are a BIG message about how far they came in 5 years. When they debuted they were mocked and called "the dirt spoon group" on social media for being too broke to buy real designer clothes (they were accused of wearing Versace knock-offs in 2013 when this song was first released). But in reality, BTS didn't wear "fake" designer clothes. They were actually wearing stuff from brilliant young streetwear creators very few people knew about. They were in Pyrex Vision before anyone outside the hip-hop world ever heard the name Virgil Abloh. And they were some of the first performers to wear Off-White, long before Abloh moved to Luis Vuitton.
So if you notice, they chant all their names on their dance break and then chant BTS after. The hat was a trick of the eye, notice Jimins hand after he throws it to Jungkook.
BTS live performances are the best! We Are Bulletproof Pt 2 is so iconic. The choreo is so good and, the main dancers (V was added to the main dance line later) is insane.

In case you didn't find out yet, even though this is an old song this performance is only a few years old since they did it in 2019. So they're not quite as young here as you thought. But they are still young guys in general so it's still impressive how well they command the stage.

Because it is ONCE-IN-A-LIFE-TIME EXPERIENCE. There are not artists doing like them in these current times. Last week I saw Agust D concert in Japan. His shows are brutal, hard-hitting and magical, all of them are beasts on stage, performing solos or as a group, it doesn't matter, they give their all on stage. You guys should start getting ready for their comeback in 2025-26. They sell out stadiums in seconds. Be ready! ARMY is always growing in numbers.
