I'm going to defend Ryland here. Sometimes when you see someone every day you don't notice weight gain or loss over time compared to seeing someone every now and then. I've noticed that with my family and friends. I won't notice with people I see daily. I may not notice until they wear an outfit they haven't worn in a while and it fits differently.
I was just coming to comment this. It's the same phenomenon as watching kids grow up. If you see them every day, you don't see it as easily as seeing them twice a year and they've grown 6 inches

I used to work as a baker in Utah and LOVED it. BUT Crumbl Cookie bought out the bakery because they wanted our recipes. Thanks to them I lost my job. But if you see a lot of their “new” flavors is from the bakery I worked at……specially the squared ones.

I saw Blink Twice in theaters. Didn’t know anything about it. Very unsettling movie. Didn’t enjoy it, especially with all of the Epstein/Diddy stuff. Felt like they were laughing in our faces.

So on the fungus topic , as we know mold is a fungus . I had been living in a moldy house for 7 years and when I finally figured out I had mold poisoning/toxicity I started detoxing from it . I started getting phobias about leaving the house and going to certain places that were mold free . Like if I left my moldy environment I would have a panic attack. One of the molds that came back on my mycotoxins test is one that is settled in my brain ... .

My husband and I had a rough conversation one night about my weight and it was really difficult but I was ok. I had to take a day to reprocess everything that was said. I felt hurt, embarrassed, and angry but I rather have my husband be honest with me about my health than lie to me. A partner and best friend is supposed to be honest with you and be with you through everything so I wouldn't expect anything less. I feel better knowing he will tell me the truth always, even when it's hard. Because of that conversation, I've been going to the gym and trying to eat better. It's tough but it just takes time and patience 🩵

I am the luckiest girl because I was at my heaviest and my husband NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME. He still wanted me, he still loved me no matter what. It was until I NOTICED IT MYSELF in a picture of myself, fully body. For a whole month I went hard and lost 20 pounds. I asked my husband why he never said anything to me. If it’s something they can fix in 5 minutes or less (like a booger, changing clothes if they haven’t left the house yet, etc) then tell them! If it’s not, then don’t. Because if you’re already out in public and it’s too late to change outfits then now they’re just stuck in public feeling subconscious.

So on the fungus topic , as we know mold is a fungus . I had been living in a moldy house for 7 years and when I finally figured out I had mold poisoning/toxicity I started detoxing from it . I started getting phobias about leaving the house and going to certain places that were mold free . Like if I left my moldy environment I would have a panic attack. One of the molds that came back on my mycotoxins test is one that is settled in my brain ... .

I remember I did a research paper on the Jamestown massacre when I was in middle school, and the reason a lot of the adults changed their minds is bc when they gave the syringes to the kids they saw how gruesome it was, what was happening to these little babies bodies and how much pain they were in that they got scared and supposedly that was the reason Jim himself did not drink the kool aide was bc he knew how painful it was and opted for the “easy” way out.

I would agree but a for a couple years a family member was obviously going through it and while looking at family photos they got mad that we never said anything of the obvious change. We did nt want to hurt feelings but ended up doing the opposite.

My husband and I had a rough conversation one night about my weight and it was really difficult but I was ok. I had to take a day to reprocess everything that was said. I felt hurt, embarrassed, and angry but I rather have my husband be honest with me about my health than lie to me. A partner and best friend is supposed to be honest with you and be with you through everything so I wouldn't expect anything less. I feel better knowing he will tell me the truth always, even when it's hard. Because of that conversation, I've been going to the gym and trying to eat better. It's tough but it just takes time and patience 🩵

I am the luckiest girl because I was at my heaviest and my husband NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME. He still wanted me, he still loved me no matter what. It was until I NOTICED IT MYSELF in a picture of myself, fully body. For a whole month I went hard and lost 20 pounds. I asked my husband why he never said anything to me. He said he was never gonna say anything to me because he loves me and he doesn’t care what size I am and that I do so much for them so that brings in stress mentally and physically.

About the whole telling your friends if they have a booger in their nose or answering honestly if someone says “do I look fat in this?” I follow the “fix it in 5 minutes” rule. If it’s something they can fix in 5 minutes or less (like a booger, changing clothes if they haven’t left the house yet, etc) then tell them! If it’s not, then don’t. Because if you’re already out in public and it’s too late to change outfits then now they’re just stuck in public feeling subconscious.

Maybe practice on an old hoodie if you are scared and cut below where it would be just in case it’s not too short. I love DIY’s. Many times can’t even tell.
