Blessed be! I have several pine trees growing around the apartment I live at. I am blessed by Mother Earth to have such a wonderful supply of pine cones and such!

I like pine cones. Their structure has also been depicted in many esoteric traditions to represent the Journey Within---and the pineal gland, the Mind's Eye gateway. Not totally sure of this---but I believe that there are two MASSIVE sculpted columns with pine cones atop them in front of the Vatican. I don't "cast spells" and I suggest that anyone who does ought to examine why they feel they have the right to attempt to control the behavior of others in such a sneaky and underhand misuse of energy. Making a prayer-request for aid, support, comfort, protection and guidance is, in my opinion, the only 'magic' any of us needs. Witchcraft is for dabblers---and it might come back to bite you. Although I certainly agree with the pagan notions of Respect for Nature. God Bless---and Happy Halloween! 😊💖🦊🪶🕸

Thanks for your input. 😃Yes, the Catholic church has quite a few pinecone effigies as remnants of the Roman Gods. I obviously disagree with your version of spell-casting and feel it is much more intentional and broader in terms of what the spell can accomplish. Most pagans/witches are working to improve or change their own behavior and grow in their practice and as humans. What you may think of as dabbling I think of as continuing ancient practices. Happy Samhain!
