Sir you told in first question which is that,don't use preposition before (home)..But in 6th question is,Raju has two bicycles (at) home.

Good question.
1. The students leave the school at four reach home by six.
2. Raju has two bicycles at home.
In the first question there is verb (Where something is going- students are reaching). It requires no preposition "at"
In the second question there is no verb ( (where something is- It says what Raju has). It requires the preposition "at".
Remember this- "Reach home" indicates the destination, so no preposition is needed. "At home" specifies a location, requiring a preposition to provide clarity.
