I laughed out loud around minute 13 when you (Bill) talked about the church being so respectful of the governments in local areas. I couldn't help but think of the recent battles with local governments over temples and local building codes. They been anything but respectful.
I love the people in my home ward in Hawaii. There is a nice mix of Hawaiian & LDS culture and I consider the people (most of them) as extensions of my family since I was born and we do things for each other in town in ways unrelated to church as well, but I no longer believe in any of the truth claims of the Church. The Church leaders are bad examples of kindness, truth & role models; too much flipflopping & hypocracy.
