In my opinion washing the meat is not even an option but a must I always wash meat with vinegar and salt and then flush it a couple of times with water. Only with chicken and fish I squeeze 2 lemons to let it sit and soak in for a couple of minutes and then rinse it a couple of times with water and then I am all happy and ready to begin with cooking 😁

Good evening Sweet Adjeley, my marinate for my beef is ready to go and mixed with the meat. I wonder if it is okay to marinate the beef overnight or if it is best to cook it right away for 10min before frying is, as per your instruction? Ideally, i would cook it tomorrow along with my tomatoe sauce (ready and canned sweet adjeley style) and I have all the ingredients for my fufu ready!!!
