Hi I have a source table and already loaded target table. I want to check my target table if ID is exist or not. If is not exist i want to insert this row from my source table. otherwise not insert for prevent duplication, how can i do this

Great explanation. Question: How to have a multiple table join in one lookup? Ex., reading from flat file and want to join Dimension and Fact tables and create one sql and have this result set as a lookup to match value from flat file source. Thanks

Sir connected lookup. is passive transformation right? because for each input it will give us an output or it will give us a default or Null as output ? please correct me if I am wrong

How does a connected lookup return default value while unconnected returns null

if you are mentioning a default value if null, then it will return a default value. But lookup is always left outer join.

I just wanted to ask you that if we use two Connected Lookup means then at this point if we need an inner join means how it should be matched ? two filters or just one filter is enough?

Hi Vishnu, One filter is enough after two lookup tables, use 'AND' condition to filter.
