- 091424 - So we were planning to stay out in Joshua Tree, Ca for a "chopper party" hosted by Choppers Magazine and friends on Sept. 20-21. Lucky for us Choppers Magazine was actually hosting a pre-party at The Bike Shed. We've never been to the Bike Shed so it was a great excuse to finally check it out.
Correct us if we're mistaken but the earliest of choppers were built in different cities/states through a few decades. Those decades produced some of the most iconic genres of music by some of the most influential artists of the time. We love all kinds of music the same way we love all kinds of motorcycles. But the whole 5 hours of the event (with the exception of a killer band that played for a bit) the DJ was playing nothing but old/outlaw country music.
It would be great to have some other genres throughout the event but it was the same sound for hours. Again, we have nothing against the genre but we also don't understand the correlation between strictly playing only old country music and choppers at these organized events. The worst part about us bringing this up is that regardless if a lot of people felt the same way as us, we're gonna end up taking the heat as "haters" even though that's not the case. The event was well organized and enjoyable overall.
On the other hand, we had the pleasure of meeting some great people and their bikes at the show. But one thing that really made this event special was meeting people who watched out channel because the conversation didn't end at choppers! It felt like reconnecting with old friends and we ended up spending the rest of the event just hanging out and genuinely enjoying each others' company.

Enjoyed how you found the more unique bikes out there. You show how to appreciate bikes that others would just walk past. Exactly why your channel stands out! Loved it!!
This place is 🔥, pretty good establishment
Nice to see you back on the ironhead🤙🏼
I live vicariously through Unaffiliated going to these cool shows, gotta say that 2000's red chopper had some serious 💰spent on the build, top USA quality all the way.
Man!!,, what a cool show wow!!,, the bars on the Ironhead look pretty sick man!,,❤👍👍🥃🥃
Babe wake up unaffiliated posted ❤
Nice Video. Thanks.

Mariscos, tacos, comida china, chucherías, que chingon la tienes. Saludos de él otro lado.
I might be mistaken, but I think that girder fork 30:49 was from GME (not the brake caliper company). Maybe, it's a newer piece built around GME specs. Earl Durfee, Smith Brothers and Fetrow and P&P built some great-handling great--riding girder forks. A shout-out and kudos to that shop in Ohio who built that boss Sporty chop 36:10. Congrats to the guy who won that bike! 40:25 That Sporty chop had me fooled too! At first glance, I thought, "Late 1950s/early 1960s PANHEAD chop! Haw! I like that friction ride control on that springer. The riser/bar combo is bruisin'! He's running a front brake too (good idea). Those ultra-high pegs are outta hand! Thanks again Unaffiliated, for covering the scene. Be safe.
The Friday Fix…Leeesh Goooo❤️🔥🦅😎🍻
Mad Show Brother…
Great Vlog
@5:45 "We gotta leave, the real deal's here" 😁 Hey! Wait! I think one of those guys is my dentist and the other is my accountant!!! 🤣
Congratulations on 10k guys. That's huge for our genre man. I'm about to hit 9k. I'm hoping to break 10k by new year. Keep up the good chopper content yo. I'll keep holding it down in TN. I'll be at Born Free TX with a couple of my chops. Hippie
Hope you guys are ok from the hurricane🙏🙏
😎👍😎
Starter motor on the Blood bike about to fall out?
We got the original Bike shed an hours ride from me in London ,it's more for the hipsters
Good to see the Ironhead marking her territory , anybody whos anybody knows Ironheads don't leak ,they mark there territory
Diggin' those narrow bars - Pangea Speed?
Thanks! And yessir!
@@Unaffiliated Bring them over to France for me when you're done with them. Nice content, you got a new sub 👍
“Most L.A thing ever” except it’s based of the first one in London 😂
Didn't you know everything revolves around the usa or so they think
Oh no!! That’s not what we meant!! Please don’t take it like that guys! We meant “the most LA thing ever” is to open up a very boujie/classy establishment in a ghetto area.
Although admittedly most Americans truly are very self-centered and think the way that you are assuming we did, that is not the case with our remark. We’re sorry you misinterpreted it that way, we’ll make sure to be more clear with some of our commentary 🙏🏽
@@Unaffiliated That right there, elevated you to another level. 👏
how were the roads coming here?
got smacked a few times😉😆
Hardtail life 😂
@@Unaffiliated love the hard tail life 😆
Is that a Chihuahua barcking at 46:56
There were a lot of people who had dogs there but not sure that bark was specifically a chihuahua 😅
Interview a couple of them chicks that r taking pics of the bikes n find their interests
That’s a good idea! We’ll make sure to do that at the next events we go to!
@@Unaffiliated make both of y'all r on the camera during most of the interview. Would like to see total comparison from different views of interests of bikes n how it all started.
Just spent all summer tricking out my bike 1999 1200c with 6k miles on it. And some drunk methhead of a girl totaled it night before last as it sat in my driveway
We’re so sorry to hear that!! Is there going to be some sort of settlement? That sucks man, so sorry to hear. But the important thing is that you’re okay!
@Unaffiliated I don't know really, 66 in 13 days, disabled vet. Can't afford this crap. I get the total quote today. Man I have cancer and this was like my dream type build. For going out fighting and in sporty style. I'm bummed
I have never dealt with this situation before. I had a 1960 ironhead chop that burned up in a shed fire and made me quit riding for 30+ years. If my roommate is correct I feel alot better. It's fully insured. I thought totaled meant I lost the bike... bars and a throttle are the most important things I need to address. You show off vicious cycles in this vid. Went to the website and have to order the weed license plate bolts. Thanks guys, great vid too. Nothing happens around here
this shit is a costume party
AYO 😭😂😂😂😂
You really aren't wrong haha.
Is that Kobe Bryant 39:43 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
