To prevent flooding, Tokyo's rivers are deep and straight. There is also a large artificial river underground. A huge amount of rain falls in a short period of time in Japan. Push it out to sea all at once.

I’m sure 4K JAPAN is unique and has he’s own style. If you are watching he’s videos on a proper HDR monitor you can clearly see the difference in his color grading compared to other channels! The best in my opinion!
