Loved the video! The point you made that resonated the most with me is the one about keeping in mind the type of job that you have when it comes to clothing or footwear requirements. In my case, I'm a language teacher, so I have a lot of freedom when it comes to that, but having to be standing for most of the day truly makes me think twice before making a footwear purchase. I always need to find the perfect middle ground between comfy and put together, and frankly it happens the same when it comes to tops and bottoms. Another thing is that cheap clothes can let you experience if you are into other styles. I never expected that I would love flared work jeans, but I gave it a chance because Wrangler Wranchers are really cheap.
