When I was a kid in the mid 70's we went to Spain 2-3 times a year, as a family. It was back in the day when you could get authentic Spanish cuisine readily in a hotel. My grandad always said, 'there's a big bullfight on today, it'll be steak tomorrow for dinner'. The old boy was right 9 times out of. Don't like those kind of bars, give me a tapas bar every time, but if you liked it that's what counts. Thanks for the vlog.
I remember going to the Beehive in the late 80's/early 90's when I was a kid and my parents had a timeshare apartment in Sunset Bay when they where all the rage. Revisited Adeje in 2018 & 2019 with my kids and was pleased to see the pub still going, I need to get back to Tenerife soon I love the place it literally has something for everyone. Don't now why I torture myself watching these! Lived in southern California for past 30 years and once in a while get a really good English meal, usually from a Brit Pub but just when they get good, new staff show up and the quality drops! Have to admit that meal looks mouthwatering, oh well dream on!

We go to sunn inn every time we are in Tenerife. We love it. Good food lovely staff who never forget you. We were there most nights between 12th June to 26th June x
I'm very familiar with the area Darren. We always holidayed in the Adeje area. I agree the Sun Inn serves amazing food. We were probably there as a family the same time as you and yours. The bars on the strip have changed since we've been except the Sun Inn. Great trip down memory lane. Fantastic video. 👍👍

Minced beef and onion with shortcrust pastry, homemade chips, peas and lashings of gravy that’s how my mother used to do it. That food was “off the charts” and amazing and as for Fanta Lemon Shandy, how refreshing and game changing especially when it’s stinking hot weather. Last time I was in Tenerife was 1999, Oct/Nov staying over the road form the Sun Inn at the Orlando Apartments, we had breakfast every morning in there, and I also remember one evening while having a meal my young 1 year old son was bouncing on my knee and we broke one of the chairs, oh the memories. We are coming over in July for 2 weeks but staying in Los Cristianos this time, I can't wait, great video thanks for helping me reminisce
