I bought the Purple Primer 4 Mattress, been sleeping on it for a few nights now and I love it...I am within eye level of my TV Set. My younger brother helped me set this thing up and he nor I had no clue what those little material things they pack in there with, nor do we know what we do with those.
If you’re a big guy or girl, the 4 inch is amazing. I’m 350ish pounds and the premier 4 with the powerbase is mind blowing. Zero gravity mode instantly all the pressure is gone and I do feel weightless. If you can spend the extra cash, I can’t recommend enough the purple premier 4. And if you can get it, the powerbase will take every pressure you’ve ever felt while sleeping away

Your edges aren't supportive because it looks like you either bought the California king and the mattress is too big for your king boxes or you have 2 twin boxsprings and a king size mattress. One way or the other the mattress isn't being supported by the bowstrings...its hanging over
We bought the hybrid 4 and it is amazing! We absolutely love the full support effect. It’s not quite like the perfect bliss of feeling the spectacular beauty and comfort of the Holy Spirit as you fall asleep, but the mattress is without a doubt the most satisfying and restful thing I’ve ever slept on ❤
Great review I watched this before we got the 4 and I agree with everything you say on this review. I'm a side sleeper. I could stand for something firme like the 3 so . Over all we like it I love the pillows the purple sheets the next step up are better I say we went with the actual color purple and thay seem to hold up .
We just got the purple 4 four weeks ago and still seem to have hip and shoulder pain a lot when waking up do you think the Helix Sunset Luxe when be any better? I did the sleep quiz and that’s the one they recommended

Great review. One thing I hear and I’m concerned with is the smell or odor from off gassing. Did you notice any smell from the bed and if so how long before it went away?
Purple 2 was the absolute worse! My back killed me after 5 minutes being on it. Went with the Helix sunset and ❤️ it!! Firm but soft with the foam and the sides are strong.
I just exchanged my Purple 4 for the latest Springair mattress. Purple 4 is supposed to be the softest but was still way too firm for me and I kept waking up at night
We ordered the 4, we’ve only had it for about 3 weeks. The only thing we don’t like about it is the smell. It kinda smells like kerosene. It’s not super strong but you can definitely smell it when you are laying down. Has anyone had this issue?
Do you have any recommendations on any kind of cleaning solutions to clean your purple mattress? They say baking soda is recommended but I feel that doesn’t work.
Purple has discontinued the 4” mattress, they now call their 3” mattress an “upgrade” (yeah right). Sounds like someone is peeing on my leg and telling me it’s raining.

@@cam5816 it was a year ago, the premier 4, the same one this review goes over. Maybe we are just weird? It was truly awful. We have a sealy posturepedic hybrid now. It’s so much more plush. Like a cloud. I think it’s best to test them in store if possible. We didn’t test the purple, we basically trusted the reviews. Not worth it.

I got a tempurpedic cooling mattress 6 months ago. We were also looking at purple. They both are great beds and since then I have slept a lot better.

Hi, I just returned the twilight luxe as it was too firm as well as too warm for me. Would you think sunset sleeps cool ? Do you still have it?
My wife and I laid on the 3 and the 4. We definitely enjoyed the 3 a lot more than the 4. We noticed the difference for sure!

That's just the smell of their material. It goes away with time. My pillow had that same issue

Did you try wiping it down with a a type of cleaner? Did the smell go away?

We like a very firm mattress... This one looks kind of "mushy" from the video. How is it IRL?

Just went to MF to test all 3, I can confirm the 4 felt quite mushy. (Like you're in jello) 3 felt just right. 2 was a bit too firm on the side.
I think other people said it was not active cooling but temp neutral so the bed doesn’t add heat but it doesn’t actively cool you.
I wonder how a Memory foam Topper on top of a Purple mattress would feel.
I put a medium latex topper on my hybrid 3 really good feel
