I haven't seen the whole episode, but it could be possible that they didn't wanna give a third of their business, specially because they are already three people with equal rights in the business. Have you ever watched kevin's deal after all sharks are out? There was even one time (or maybe more to others) when Kevin gonna give few hundred thousand dollars in exchange of 100% of the company 😄 it was for chemical that eliminate ammonia smell completely. If he had said directly that he'll go 25% Lori could've said that she'll go too, but asking her first made her strong on her choice and she can't choose to be weak on that platform.
