Hungary may be a good option; however I don't believe this residency leads to a permanent residency or passport. There are fewer and fewer by the year especially with good tax schemes.
@@Jewtopia79Permanent residency can be obtained only after living in a Hungary for few years in which case its another option compared to getting a Hungarian Citizenship.

Thanks for watching, both countries are fine, I’d feel fine living in either one. Serbia is far less expensive if that’s important to you, but Hungary is less than many European countries. I really encourage you to visit them both.
I believe Serbia is not part of EU, it’s more religious mainly Orthodoxy. The issue with that is, the “J” want to destroy it just as they’re now with Ukraine and ultimate goal Russia, it’s their main goal. To erase Christianity.

This video is a few years old. You are right, the exchange rate is not in the 400's any longer.
