I realized today that this helps my ADHD symptoms so much when I'm trying to study. I went to the city library to get some work done and even though it's almost always quiet, there was construction happening that was very loud and I sat at the wall closest to it to see what would happen and my focus increased at least 20%! 😮
I too love the sound. It hits a frequency in my brain that just sticks and mellows me.

Why do the sounds of work put me to sleep?
with ear phones, it helps not to hear the noises from the neighbours.
cause they make noise sometimes and I cannot control.
Here I got full time noise and it is mine, so I can sleep .
