Butterfly effect increases the chances to proc effects caused by basic attacks on the combo attack only. Not a blanket 20% increase to all procs. So ring will have a 30% to proc on turns where arthur uses a combo attack, not every turn. Still very powerful and the more combo attacks you have, the better this gets, but its not a blanket 20% increase to proc on all basic attacks.
I think this event should be be free. This event is not here to fix mistakes made with comanders in the past. It's here to give early game players the possibility to come closer to SoC requirements. Why free? Whales all have the right to comanders so I they don't need this. Mid andere low spenders usually have most of them too. So why ask money from low spender and f2p?
I’m a be real with you, that Yo! Sound ain’t it. It’s disturbing to hear you speak and then that goes off. I think a sound effect would be nicer that compliments the background music instead of a yo! That is interrupting your flow when speaking
