Access 125 is super fun but again service is very bad in Ludhiana Punjab. Prime Suzuki is only dealer left and due to that service department got egoistic as they know that customers has no choice left. Dealership should build trust by giving better service to people and PRIME Suzuki is doing completely opposite by not providing proper service and warranty claim.
We have only one service centre of each in our town. So service is kinda same to me. Looks and features wise I like the dio but as for engine reliability and performance I hear access is far better. Do you think the gap is huge between the two?
Aceess is best in performance. You can see in the video clearly how well it performs. I have taken my access in all type of places and it never fails to disappoint. Only PRIME SUZUKI DISAPPOINTS AS THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE 🤣
Service network in delhi is superb, there are 7-8 dealers in 8km radius
@jatink2210 service network is good as dealership knows that customers will go to other service center if they provide bad service. In Ludhiana, Punjab there is only one dealer Prime Suzuki and that is providing really bad service.
That why in my video I said clearly that only buy the vehicle if you have at least 2-3 service centre.

Suzuki access is better because access 125 is known for milega and believe me pickup is so nice of access,it is to quick and very much good performance.Other plus point is you get digital screen with Bluetooth connectivity.

Bro I am a access owner I have noticed jab meri pehli service thodi late hogayi thi tab scooter ka start button dabane se start nhi hota tha bar bar kick marna padta tha but service ke baad ke no issues faced and iska pickup bohot jayada hai front break dabane mei dar lagta hai thats why I always use rear break or Han mere paas ride connect edition hai

digital display is quite bright might interrupt while driving at night better laminate it
stock tyre is shit for muddy road skit at the speed of 10
button feels quite low quality as compared to ntorq
as front tyre size is bigger so you can feel shoulder pain while driving in traffic with pillion
feel smooth to drive
most stable scooty for long drive on highways
3 people can sit easliy

Fuel pump issue. My fuel pump changed 4 times in 2 years under warranty
To avoid fuel pump issue in any scooter, do not go below fuel level.

Price and average monthly cost kya hai?
I bought it 1 lakh with all accessories on June 2022.
Getting average of 35KMPL with average speed of 60KMPH.
Service cost is around 600 every 2000-2500KM.

No. If it’s getting off without any reason it means either idle pulley sensor is damaged or throttle body is not working properly.

Access 125 or Jupiter 125. which is best in terms of mileage, performance and long term usage? Please advise, I'm planning to buy it next month.
Access 125 is way better in terms of performance. It’s also lightweight from rivals. But as I said in video, service center support plays a major role. If service network is poor than vehicle is useless. Watch my full video to understand the problem I faced.

Regarding power.
Jupiter is 108KG/8.04BHP
Access 125 103KG/8.6BHP
Access has more power than Jupiter.
Also weight is less.
Power to weight ratio also matters.
My access 125 Rider Connect is giving 60+ milege.
Engine is smooth o not?
To be very honest Engine is best in segment. It goes up to 105 when road is smooth. Acceleration is very quick. Never disappointed me. I have traveled in mountain’s regularly and got very quick response from engine.

Mine is 5.8-5.9FT. I think it will be good as it has better leg room than Homa activa 125 and other rivals. Take a test drive at nearby showroom.

They said we’ll not repair it in warranty because you don’t service done in our workshop. Go to the showroom you purchased the vehicle from.
Scooter is good, Performance is also good but if service center is bad then product is just waste of money.

@aumvachhani1402 throttle body got damaged after 20000KM. I used to full the tank when last 2 bars were shown on the meters.
Also the service center behaviour was bad.
