Introduced one of my sons friends to your channel. Hard-working 21 year old last week he bought trailer 4 Rolloffs and a dump trailer. Just wanted you to know you are reaching young people. Thank you.
I am a scrapper I love going to the scrapyard I almost have 4000 subscribers to my channel. I subscribe to yours. I would love to see more videos of your scrap yard in action. Maybe even a drone view would be cool. I think my yard is going to let me do a drone video once they get it cleaned up the way they want to. When I first started going there I could not believe the amount of scrap metal they had laying around in their yard. They have now reduced that scrap pile down by at least 2/3. They’re gonna let me do a drone video when you’re finished I can’t wait. I always make videos advertising there Scrap Yard. If you watch my videos you’ll see. Where do you live my friend I’m from Southport North Carolina.
I watched a few of your videos today after seeing this! I live in Central Texas. I have a lot of drone footage of the yard and will be doing more videos I have just been busy
I’m so happy you posted this, 19 yo real estate investor here my big goal is a scrap yard and I was starting think it wasn’t possible to do in my life time but you showed me that It is I appreciate u bro💪
Great job I have been watching your videos from the beginning and I give you a lot of credit in believing in your self and pushing forward wish you a lot more success and thank you for sharing your knowledge
Question...I have recnetly heard many of the larger national dumpster companies are shying away from smaller jobs such as contractors who do not rent many cans and even homeowners? It makes sense to me why these jobs are not as profitable as large construction companies with recurring dumpsters needed. It seems like this is how guys with roll off dumpster trailers are existing. My question is can a living be made with a roll off dumster trailer set up? If you were starting from ground zero would you go with this model? I don't want to be a side huslter I want to be a full time operation but I don't believe you need a $200K hooklift triaxle to get going.
@@MyBigDumbLife I'll throw another free one to you, trailer parks for strictly felons and sex offenders. They have no place to go, communities don't want them, they can't get approved for normal apartments, And you swoop in and corner that market/demographic. Very low turn over. They quite literally have nowhere else to go.
Growing that fast could induce heart attack level of stress. Great video , please do the video
Love the videos! I wish you made these before I started my waste management business!

Oh wow thats so awesome!!
Yes I'd love to see how a Scrap yard works and how you sell to the mills.
Thanks for watching, if you want to do a coaching call click the link in the video description!
Great work! Being able to sell some of those antiques could help with the profits if you have someone that can market them in the right platforms.
You my friend are amazing
Thank you

I know people that make their living with around 5 dumpsters and a trailer
For your scrap yard what kind of permitting do you need? Also watched another one of your videos. Do you also have a Transfer Station?
I have a sorting /transfer station for c&d and recyclables and for scrap I have an MRE permit
I think you should open up a waste transfer station next!!
I have a pending permit for a recycling center which allows me to transfer a lot of stuff, just not msw
@@MyBigDumbLife oh cool, like a C & D processing facility?
Yes basically
When you master this and sell it off you should pivot into trailer park ownership.
You want excitement, you'll find it lol.
I am not planning on selling this anytime soon but I have looked at trailer parks in the past and it is very interesting. RV parks as well
