Hi Norman, very nice vid! I'm new to ronin (just got T4 2 weeks ago). I'm now using ring of loyalty and kraken for acce (sb2 and sb3). I wonder if I should change my acce first or increase depo first? My depo still low (1.1k patk, 800 matk).
Do both, build up journal slowly while upgrading your equips. Journal is not something like you should be upgrading in 1 day. It is a long progression of development.
Ronin was a beast class, not until war keep lagg 😅

I think only have 500 for TTL, you can even go lower.

Best ronin guide ever existed! was considering to utilize this job now. btw, was wondering why some still use 'Slash - Light' despite having a buffed counterpart SSLS?
i am as well using the slash light as my main skill. the range is really great and will make us less likely to be killed. we can snipe enemies using SL without them reaching us. i only use ssfs whenever enemy get near me.
@@NormanGamingPHThanks that made a lot of sense given that slash light is almost twice the range compare to ssfs. Didnt notice their range difference till u mentioned it. thanks a lot

The flame bash (both 1st and 4th job skill) seem to have TONs of hidden hit multiplier!
I usually go bash first to stun them then finish them off with our killer move ssfs (for 1v1 scenarios).
Yes bro. That skill has x1.5 hit multiplier the proble is it didnt include the matk on the damage, that why I dont use it. If you reach good amount of hit you can ditch that skill.

is Ronin that bad with boss hunting?
just by knowing the element of main skill siis forced fire then you should know it will suck at mvp hunting right. there are a lot better class for mvh hunting like shura, wataru, lighbringer that can basically just 1shot any mvp.

its written for single target skill...

forget about that effect. the stats alone of skull bracer is what makes it the end game offhand when you reach high enough ignore def.

I hope I could still get this job in the future. I also like sword type characters but I feel nogu and rm dfs build is not that very strong vs pvp modes and mdb is a spear type build.

i would say both. but i did max my ignore def first. what i did is get both to lvl 20 first then slowly max ignore def them max pen after

Pvp fix 2 dwolf. For pve im using 2 mino and hg abyss cry so i can still have insight and extra damage to large.

Sir norman do you experience some glitchy Last Stand usage when HP alight is currently in effect. That suddenly you will die after using the last stand skill?
Yeah 1:27, and i even mentioned about it here already.
Sorry, just rewatched again the video and you really mentioned it there. This is sad for us Ronin mains we cannot benefit the star rune if the last stand is somewhat buggy when hp alight is on. Again this is an awesome guide for those players who wants to switch into ronin or for the starters who have this class unlocked. Hoping, you will create a STFS/TFS build guide in the future. More power to you sir Norman.
I think i will not make a TFS build for Ronin since I can't see any benefits for using it than SSFS/SL build. They didn't include matk in the TFS and STFS needs to be on Inferno mode which means is a meh. Im sorry to tell this.
Ronin will always be better than MDB RM in terms of damage output. Just SL alone is already on par with MDB full deep stack damage on a same tier Ronin and RM. Even with the short 1.5 sec CD of MDB won't outpower Ronin's SSFS damage output around 30 sec and above. Plus on GVG/PVP, RM still needs to hit 5 times to maximize deep stack damage while it'll only take 1-2 hits for Ronin for max damage output.

also hit in rune fixed, and I test it, I actually hit assasin easily with 880 flee while I have only 600 hit and rune for 26% hit

you should always prio getting the +15 weapon as it will unlock right away your maximum damage potential. when i say 13% difference here it is not even comparable with other increase like race, phy dmg inc etc. just go with it. youll not regret it.

Yes. Im using +15 chieftain axe mirror. This is not the best overall but ito dbest sakin dahil kulang ako ng ignore def.

yes totally. but if you can afford +15 chosen, then go for chosen. don't settle for second best. chosen is really the best.

Sir, when computing damage, is this true? Mdef > matk > atk
no, they are all basically the same. the only thing that gives mdef advantge is because of sink or swim. matk is actually inferior to patk since some damage modifiers are not carried by matk part like size damage.
but you need to see the whole picture, after reaching certain patk it will be platued and the next easy to improve is matk than can surpass your platued patk value. thats why most people say mdef > matk >patk

Yeah but for me if you will not aim for +15 mirror then just dont spend bcc or zenh there. +10 below is just waste of resources. Just use fire axe until you have budget for +15 and there use your bcc.

Ofcourse its ok. Even clip is fine as long as you have good enchant on it. Its just 2 flame feather is the best.

Im not sure if it is working now but im sure it will be fixed if not working now.

this build is specifically for ronins, there are better equips for ronon but it is a bit simillar to this.
Can anyone confirm? Two flame feathers instead of tibber’s hand? Is there any dmg difference test?
i am using 2 flame now, it is both just sb3 and +6 and they outdamage my +8 tibbers sb4

Hi Norman, so I am debating if I should replace my +10 Ring of Loyalty with Melee 10% PDI 1% with +12 Tibbers Hand with Melee 5% with PDI 2%+. Do you think it's worth it?

I am just sure that +12 tibbers sb2 will be a little bit better than that sb4 RoL. Just compare it like this:
+10 SB4 RoL (including chosen combo)
15% patk | 5% matk | 1% pdi
+12 SB2 Tibbers
5% patk | 20% matk | 2% pdi
But the downside is if you get broken armor or you change armor to comet then that RoL stats will be way lower. I would suggest that if you dont have anything else to improve, then upgrade your accessory. But if you still lacks on other aspect like +15 weap or offhand or armor then better to prio those before upgrading you acce.

Hi sirwhy is chosen better than perse armor both +15 even if perse armor is pen? I have anti fear card btw
Its not just about the fear immunity,
Perse at +15 gives 8% pen, mdef 15%, 12% patk and small amount of raw patk.
While
Chosen at +15 gives 8% phy dmg inc, mdef 15%, 10% patk, 10% matk
In a sense pen will be slighly better than phy dmg inc but if you also consider the matk then it is an obvious comparison.

I did mention it already on this guide that weapon is the most important to get +15 first. Check at 11:24

the other equips will give less % improvements than getting +15 weapon.

Hi. im a lil bit confuse, the ronin class is magical or physical type?
physical. just imagine it this way: magic attack value is being converted to physical attack value internally in the formula. that's it. output will always be physical.

Can't compare. Chieftain is to maximize your damage potential. Fire axe is to increase your damage potential.

Yes, my recommendation is don't get any refine mirror unless it is +15. It is not worthit. Settle for fire axe for now and slowly farm for +15 refine mirror. +15 chieftain, +15 claw or +15 oath.

i did not try but my friend tried it. the oathbook +10 ia just same damage as fire axe. he said it is not even worthit. he just wasted his crystals and bcc.
