Bought a Woodhaven this fall based on your recommendation. Very happy with it so far. MUCH better quality than the old tube style rack we used to have that was falling apart.
We're looking forward to unveiling it, but we're being slowed down by the cold. We can't get the mortar to set in our sub-freezing temperatures so far, so the brick facade isn't on yet, which is about all we're waiting for along with the countertops we're curing. If we get a couple of good days of sun and warm weather, we'll knock it out. Can't wait to show everyone!
You said the rack will fit up to 24" long logs. Maybe true, however the covers are made in 20" depths. You'd need a shoe horn and a lot of Vaseline to stretch the cover over those logs! Besides, I don't know anyone cutting logs at 24" either. LOL! Sounds like deceptive marketing to say it can hold more than it is really designed for. LOL!
What don’t I smoke with Cherry is probably what I should answer, lol. I love the smoke ring that cherry wood puts on a brisket, so that’s my favorite use. I’ll use it on almost any meat that I smoke, as well as Pecan and Oak. Those are my three universal smoking woods that I’ll use on just about everything.

If my driveway is slanted, should I error on multiple 4-foot racks or one long one?
