Resepi Cutlet Ayam Tanpa Telur | Eggless Chicken Cutlets

Kali ini saya akan kongsikan cara membuat snek yang menggunakan dada ayam dan kentang iaitu cutlet ayam. Cutlet ayam ini tidak menggunakan telur dan boleh difrozenkan sehingga 1 bulan. Cutlet ayam ini sesuai disajikan bersama roti dan salad, atau sebagai lauk tambahan. Boleh juga dinikmati begitu sahaja, terpulang pada citarasa.

Jumlah : Anggaran 15 keping
BAHAN-BAHAN :
1 keping dada ayam (cincang halus)
2 biji kentang saiz sederhana (rebus sehingga empuk dan lecek halus)
2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk, cincang halus)
2 ulas bawang merah (tumbuk.cincang halus)
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam kasar
1.5 sudu teh serbuk pati ayam
1 & 1/8 sudu teh garam
4 helai daun bawang (hiris nipis)
1 tangkai lada merah (buang biji dan potong kecil)
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
Salutan :
2 sudu besar tepung jagung + 1/4 cawan air
Serbuk roti secukupnya

Delicious and easy to make chicken cutlets, made with chicken breast and potatoes. These cutlets are eggless and can be frozen up to a month. You can enjoy these chicken cutlets with bread and salad, or eaten with rice. They're also good on their own.

INGREDIENTS :
1 chicken breast (chopped)
2 medium potatoes (boiled until soft and mashed)
2 cloves of garlic (pounded/minced)
2 shallots (pounded/ minced)
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 & 1/8 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
4 green onions (chopped)
1 red chilies (deseeded and chopped finely)
3 tbsp cornstarch
Coating :
2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water
Breadcrumbs as required
