enjoying your outdoor videos! I appreciate the way you make difficult to teach issues easier than books I have seen, especially the Top 5 knot video! best demonstration video on knots!

I have the side zips, the wife and I both have them and all the people who I know area sleeping in hennesseys now that use them based off our recommendations are sleeping in the side zips as well.
Funny Story, one of the guys who has them now, I sent him to them and he is one of their reps now. eheheh. Small world funny stuff.
You do an awesome job my friend, thanks for sharing and have a blessed week.

I have velcroed my thermarest to my hammock. I use a down quilt (w/footbox) to finish the deal. This setup is good down to about 35 degrees Fahrenheit. I also insulate with reflectix underneath my pad - which increases the r value.

Where do you get your dry bags from and what size is the one that you put your clothes and boots in for overnight?

    What works for me:
    1. I set up my Hammock (TTTM)
    2. Put an insulating sleeping pad in
    3. Unroll sleepingbag in the hammock (takes practice to get it ok)
    4. Lay down and zip up
Also, sleeping on the side was way better for me. Some people i've seen on youtube sleep diagonally across the center (about 30 degrees) to minimise the "banana sleeping position".
    Thanks for the videos btw.

I find the easy to put directly my sleeping pad inside the sleeping bag.
