    Jon, your tutorials are SO HELPFUL! I've been using LFOs for years (and Diva for a few weeks) without fully understanding how they work. This video made so many things click for my general understanding of LFOs, and especially for Diva! THANK YOU!!

    I like that while you are tuning, you use an oscilloscope in parallel to show exactly *what is happening to the signal.* In this way, you make it clear what the *true nature of the sound is* 👌(which many tutorials don't do, and that's bad).
    As they say, "а picture is worth a thousand words" 😃
    *Thank you.*

      thanks! it makes things so much easier to understand when we can also see what we are hearing

    Didn't realize my mod wheel was all the up on my midi controller when messing with the depth mod and was wondering where nothing was changing. If anyone experiences similar make sure to check whatever your rate or depth mod sources are set to.

    Tutos très complets complémentaires du manuel d'utilisation. C'est en anglais certes, mais facile à suivre quand même. Merci pour ce travail au service d'un logiciel exceptionnel.

    Thanks for the tutorial! Honest with you, I’m doing sound design for several years now and just find the lfo section of diva really counter intuitive… why the heck do we need to turn the depth mod down instead up? Doesn’t make sense to me…

    • @jonaudio
      @jonaudio  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You're very welcome! So the reason we turn it down is because you'll see it's mapped to the mod wheel. You can get the same effect just by raising your mod wheel.
      It all depends how you want it to work. If you want the lfos depth to be controlled by the mod wheel then great! It's all set up. But in the cases where you just want it to do its own thing and now have to worry about the mod wheel, that's where we ould just bring down the depth to where we want it.
      Hopefully that makes a little more sense

    Great vid, Diva is so confusing. could you also cover the DX7?

    • @jonaudio
      @jonaudio  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks dude! I hope this series is making diva less confusing for you.
      The dx7 would definitely be interesting to cover. So far you're the first to suggest it. I'll definitely consider it

      @@jonaudio Thanks Jon. I've watched other tutorials but they're painful to follow along or don't explain things thorougly. Your vids are definitely more engaging and makes learning so much easier. It's easy to stay focused when i watch your vids. I appreciate you making these for us
