The normal thing should have been to ask them to rent places within the community and live normal life like Igbos who go anywhere in Nigeria and rent places and live within the community.

The igbos should never give the Fulanis any space to penetratet them, because that is what they have been working on, they see igbos as their main obstacle or hindrance from achieving their plans in Nigeria

The problem with Fulani cattle men is that the northern elite refuse to make plans to improve their well-being. The governor is on the right path. First, he is addressing the issue of security. Then he is trying to transition these people from a nomadic orientation to a more settled one. Of course, it will cost money. There is nothing wrong with investing a little in the way of subsidization for people in the agricultural sector. It's done all over the world. Our farmers receive subsidies from the state and federal government. The herders can be subsidized in the way of housing and education. We should learn to be gracious. God has blessed us as Ndigbo. Having live within the system will make security more manageable.

Have you been to the villages and seen how they live? Everyone struggles to eke out a living and nobody subsidises anybody. Watch David Nkwa's video called Desert Women of Nigeria and see women living on rice husks and educate yourself. So if you want to do subsidy, then use your own personal income.
So who provides subsidized accommodation for Ibo traders in Northern Nigeria? Nobody.
So if cattle business is not yielding enough income for cattle traders to pay their rent and bills, then
it is time to quit and find a new trade or retrain.
You cannot destroy other peoples farms with your cattle either. Indigenous Ibos themselves have strict traditional laws which prohibit the
grazing of your animals on other peopoles farmlands. Even some North African countries have forced Bedouins, Berbers etc. into settled lifestyles in
the cities because the idea of moving cattle around seamlessly belongs to the dim past.
Lokpanta area has loads of rentable accommodations for students, traders, families etc. to live and go to school, market, government work etc.
Markets in Iboland are non-residential and they are for buying and selling only. CCTV, drones, satellite imaging etc. must be deployed to ensure
that in Lokpanta. No group can be housed in a segregated exclusive accommodation or whatever reason.
The whole people say no to that and ABSG needs to remember that.
