Love this 80s gem! One of my favorite all time. I used to own this on vinyl. Bought the cd when it came out, of course. You never knew what you were going to get from Vangelis in those days.

Hang on to your vinyl copy. It would be a rare find now. I'm glad you listen to Soil Festivities "loud" too. That's the way I play it. Puts me in a mellow world of rain, thunder and lots of green. Cheers!

Vangelis is what got me into synths, along with 80's pop music. Listen to those soaring strings! Sometimes the artificial can be more beautiful than the real.
I had this one on vinyl - extremely frustrating because I loved the music but it was a very disappointing pressing full of hickeys and glitches. I've just ordered the CD from Amazon, but can't wait! So here's my first listen to it in years.
