BPPV occurs when tiny calcium particles (canaliths) are dislodged from their normal location and collect in the inner ear. The inner ear sends signals to the brain about head and body movements relative to gravity. It helps you keep your balance.

Vertigo CAN be caused by blowing warm air and then cold air in your ears, Jase. Hopefully it goes away soon. When I last had it Doctor treated me with massive doses of meclizine (ingredient in seasick pills). Also exercises to help. Good luck from Cali
I have had congestive heart failure since I was 35. I have been taking different blood pressure meds since then. I go through a lot of vertigo all the time. What happens with me is I get a huge blood pressure drop if I stand up from laying down and stand up from bending over too fast.

Talk to your doctor. I have Vertigo.And they showed me an exercise to take care of it, and it works.But it's not 110%.You will get it back, but just do the exercise again
