I have one of these clocks.. they sold I think around the late 90's or so. They aren't that great, my clock makes a whining noise on one set of colors, and is silent on the other set of colors.. think there is also some color bleed. The clock is known as "The Swinger", originally made by "It's Real stuff". I still have the original box, the arms are plastic. But the neon at least looks cool.
I have one of these exactly clocks and trying to research what color to make the tube as it shattered. also wondering about the fill pressure and other details..
