PIL can ONLY be filed against Central Government, State Government or local authorities and NOT against Private parties but private parties can be RESPONDENTS in the PIL filed.

KAR SAKATA HU pls. Ap hame salah denge to apka bahut bahut abhari rahenge Note :Hamara pas gujarat mai jin jin samay kahi shoshit log ko herresment kiya hai aur kahi log jaan gava chuke hai uska mere pass News papar link aur news tv link ko jod ke bata sakte hai
