I, being the citizen of India, have right express my expression under Article 19 (i), however state has right to impose reasonable restriction on the exercise of freedom of speech and expression, but you neither have right to impose such restriction nor you are the state as defined under article 13 of Indian Constitution. So, your imputation are not valid. Next point; Each and every citizen of India has got right to move freely throughout the country the territory of India and right to settle in any part of territory of India under article under article 19 (iv) & 19 (v), that also goes for Jammu and Kashmir, which Mr. Farukh Abdullah was not supporting; so, I criticized him in a humorous way. And I think that was befitting reply to such Leaders. I will always criticize such persons, as I have right to do so.
