Here is another video on unique and smart switching device for solar system which is a
powerful solution for not only battery backup by which we can distribute our battery backup for electrical loads into smart load and heavy load but also for grid sharing in solar inverters.
The SDO device is especially designed in situation where electrical load is divided into critical electrical load (PC, Fan, and Bulb) and secondary Heavy electrical load like Air Conditions etc.
Normally inverters primarily operates on solar and share extra required power from utility power, in case, utility/Wapda supply failed, if solar is not sufficient, the inverters draw all power from battery. In such scenario, where battery is smaller or electrical load is too heavy, there will disastrous
consequences of complete system shutdown.
In addition to these properties a new feature is added grid control by which we can manage and control our grid supply to inverter during day time.
The unit measures PV voltage, Battery voltage and utility/Wapda power and based on an intelligent algorithm control outputs (light and heavy electrical load), which in turn optimizes the Battery Storage/Life and ensure long backup for critical loads.

There are many other parameters that SDO device doesn't take into consideration.
1. When charging the batteries, the SDO device doesn't consider the charged battery voltage instead it considers the charging voltage. That increases the voltage up to 58V which means that the high voltage will be reached as soon as the battery starts charging. Due to this, our heavy load keeps turning on and off during day time with limited PV availability with very small intervals.
2. The SDO device should have the option of considering the battery percentage instead of us having to set the voltage. For example, I would like the L2 load to turn off when the battery percentage reaches to 95% and I would like it to turn on when the charge reaches to 100%.
As a layman, I don't want to get into the details of how much the battery voltage should be when L2 turns off. Thanks

@muslim you can use some meaningful gap in voltages to overcome the issue of getting frequent switching of heavy load. I will prefer using 26.5 as high voltage (start up voltage) and 23.5 as low voltage (cut off voltage)
It will minimize that issue IMO
Does it overcharge the battery.? And why does it keep cutting off heavy loads in day time.?
When it detects solar panel voltage, it turns off utility. That's good.
But the problem which I am facing is that early in the morning that is at 05:30 AM it starts detecting solar voltage but the amperes are too low at that time and due to OFF utility, the battery starts emptying. At around 10:00 AM solar panels output increases and the batteries maintains it's charge.
Same problem starts again at evening at around 4:00 PM where solar panels output decreases again, and again the frequent Utility ON and OFF starts till maghrib time.
How to improve this device??
Answer is that
It must detect the amperes value coming from the solar panels and according to that amperes value it turns OFF the utility.
The value of amperes (coming from solar panels) in the device must be variable means that customers will set that value according to their load on inverter.

اسلام وعلیکم بھائی جان آ پ کو اللہ تعالیٰ سلامت رکھے ۔ آ پ کی ویدیوز بہت ہی انفارمیٹو ہو تی ہیں ۔ سر میرے گھر پہ 6 kw کا inverex لگا ہے ۔ واپڈ کی طرف سے وولٹ 250 سے 260 270 تک آ تے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے انورٹر واپڈا کٹ اف کر دیتا ہے ۔ میں نے اپنے واپڈا فیذ بھی تبدیل کروا کے دیکھے ہیں اور واپڈا والوں کو کمپلین بھی کی ہے لیکن ان کے پاس اس کا کوئی ہل نہیں ہے ۔ سر آ پ سے درخواست ہے کہ اس کا کوئی تو ہل ہو گا ۔ اگر آ پ کی نظر میں ہے تو ضرور شئیر کریں ۔ شکریہ

Installed 585w 10plate with primax pv7000+pro..at day time btw 11am to 2pm it works perfectly without wapda..but when solar goes down it continuously trips and give warning 15. means inverter is overloaded..
What is the solution..rather than installing Battery.
