Great to review some fundamentals. There are some logical flaws of what will cause other things to happen, but generally the concepts to relay to kids, as a coach, are sound. I love the super old 80s text overlays and bad audio haha. Videos such as these can be dangerous to young throwers to watch, as they suck all the fun out of throwing. But again, great to see, and not pay $80 for a video tape! Thank you for posting!
