Anyone transitioned before the age of 18 should be able to sue the everlasting snot out of anyone who encourage or participated in their transitioning. That at least will end the child abuse.
As a social worker, O am ashamed of the so called “ helping professions” who have blindly signed on to the so called “ gender affirming” model for CHILDREN! This has to be the sickest thing I have seen in my life time on so many levels !
Yeah one thing about suing doctors is that they can defend themselves by saying “we were following institutional guidelines”. So law suits will almost have to be class action suits against the AMA, Endocrine society, and paediatric society etc which would be very large mountains to climb.

idk if you need to 'counter' Phil explicitly. afaik Phil didn't 'widow' anyone and probably isn't worth the same kind of scorn that a man defecting from his wife and family does. Surely we can promote both. We will win this war against gender ideology through empathy, not just more shame alone. Shame is what got us here - homophobia, fear of gender nonconformity, etc. I know you know this - I've seen a good amount of your content and I've appreciated it a lot too.

I find it interesting that Lynn mentions she knows of 9 detransitioner lawsuits, but conspicously doesn't mention that 3 so far have already failed (Richard Anumene, Camille Kiefel, Kayla Lovdahl aka Layla Jane), 2 have been partially dismissed (Soren Aldaco against 2 Defendants and Isabelle Ayala against 1 Defendant), and Chloe Cole's has a hearing on Feb 7th that is likely going to end her case. Themis is aware of all these failures and yet they continue to keep them from the people they're asking for donations from. I wonder why?
Don't you see any value in these suits in terms of against this false claim that everyone is perfectly happy with their transition? Also Keira Bell case was enormously important even if it wasn't an American civil case. I think they've covered their arses well in America, suspiciously so to the point where it seems like they knew this would happen, Wpath seem to have heavily focused on getting past medical insurance but not being open to lawsuits. However they have also become scared by legislation about how long you can wait to bring these suits and have been more cautious. Which is at least a minor positive. They don't seem to have a whole lot of faith in the science to the point they're actively preventing further research. Also she specifically says none have been won yet.
@@robertmarshall2502 What exactly is the value in pressuring vulnerable detransitioners into ludicrous lawsuits that have no chance of winning and will only leave them in legal debt? Did you know that when Keira Bell lost her case, she was ordered to pay not just her own legal expenses, but also those of the Tavistock? She accomplished nothing beyond being stuck with legal bills. And no one is preventing medical research. There are plenty of new medical studies on Trans related medical care all the time including data on detransition and regret. Just because they don't come to the conclusion you want them to doesn't mean they don't exist.
In other countries, a tidal wave of cases in one area has pressured law-makers to amend statutes of limitations. This happened in Ireland, when there were too many cases of statute-barred historic child sex abuse for the Irish State to ignore. It became very clear that a strict statute of limitations wasn't appropriate for cases in which children or vulnerable adults were abused, because most children were too traumatised to report the abuse until adulthood, and many of those who did confide in adults around them at the time were not believed or not helped. It simply wasn't fair to deprive such victims of justice, and the same goes for detransitioners who've been manipulated into transitioning by medical professionals who stand to gain financially from harming their patients. The psychological effects of transition can take years to set in, so a short statute of limitations is not appriate here. Law-makers can't ignore that if enough detransitioners come forward. If nothing else, the risk of getting caught up in a lawsuit might make greedy, unethical doctors and pharmaceutical companies have second thoughts about mutilating children.
I’m so thankful for this channel. My son has ROGD and it’s breaking my heart!!

WE ALSO NEED TO SUE THOSE POLITICIANS WHO SUPPORTED THIS SUE EVERYONE RESPONSIBLE
Can someone include the links of where we can sign, comment, reach out etc. ?
Thank you for speaking to the trudging. Walking through the every day moments of life is sometimes still the most challenging

MANY PEOPLE CAN NOT GET JUSTICE BECAUSE OF FINANCE IN ALL MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE ITS WRONG
Or rather the lack of scientific data and studies.
