Question! I’m tall, and many of my pants fit just right on my ankles (lengthwise ). If I didn’t want to fold them up (making them shorter) what would happen if I just sewed the elastic to the inside bottom of the hem, would I get the same result?

Were you sewing the elastic as you were closing up the pant leg?
I’m also confused at this step, I couldn’t tell if he was sewing through the elastic or just enclosing the casing...

I always take a hair scrunchy, put it over my foot then tuck bottom of pants under and through the scrunchy. It works great.
Ok so you loose a little length. Im gonna open up the seems then do this so I can keep more length cause I’m tall asf lol great video 😬👍

I let mine be loose and it looked great. I think if you sew to the elastic, it can rip your pants lol.
