I have 2019 forte with a coolant. I noticed that the firewall is wet. It didn't start until I started using the heater. I can't find anything about a kia forte heater core.
My 2013 Kia Optima leaks coolant heavily (on the passenger side) when it’s cold outside and not at all when temperatures are warm.
Would this like be caused be a shrinking ring or seal in the water pump?

Why didn't you just use a pressure tester to start with
