Absolutely no purchases! & im wondering what was wrong and it was everything u said at the end. Ad was bland, checkout page had too many options & all sloppy. Thanks for the insight bro. Would love your opinion Jack, we feel everything is in order on our site. Lots of people making it and adding to cart but conversations are not happening

    Thanks for the video. The linear step by step angle really vibed with me.
    New store getting fbook ad traffic but few “add to cart” and still no sales.
    Must be the product page. My ads are ranked low quality but have above average results.

    Hi Jack, over 14,000 visits but no conversions. I would think the quality if traffic is low but was wondering if the shop design is off. Would appreciate your feedback. Cheers

    Yoo, about 1000 visitors. No sales. I like my product page but the more videos i see like this the more i can see that my product paage layout/descriprion/images must not be very good. my cpc is .16 on facebook right now the ad is doing very well but its become more clear what the issue is. Thank you.

    I’ve seen many videos on this topic and this one is the most useful n trustworthy simply because of your look and voice! It’s just no BS. My shop has been up for 2 months now. Done a few FB Ads with 30% hitting the SHOP button driving hundreds of traffic to my store - but zero sales! I am based in Hong Kong but make English and USD the default as I like to sell internationally. My Shopify theme has auto currency conversion but still people can tell it’s not “local”. Do you think that could be a key issue (I think my store is well designed with professional photos)? Would it be better as a new brand n new store to just focus in HK instead? I once tried just narrow it down to 2 markets: HK n London in my FB Ads. That was a drain on my limited resources as it diluted the reach in both markets. So from your video I am tempted to re-think my market n just do HK. To be honest I have no clue how VAT and import taxes will be handled if a UK customer buys my product. So I have a clear but off putting message on this saying it’s all the customers responsibility implying there are further costs for him.

      Focus on the most profitable country or have a super slick currency converter with multi currency checkout enabled

    Any thoughts if it’s an issue to only have < 5 products on the page. Hard to commit to large inventory up front in jewelry with sizes etc

    • @JackKitchener
      @JackKitchener  ปีที่แล้ว

      Amount of products makes no difference really, or you could always dropship to begin with

    Great points, I've checked my site many times. Currently I'm working on SEO to get organic traffic, but the backlinks are sooo hard to get, maybe you can create a video about it or just a few tips for it :c ?

    Hi Jack, as you will noticed I am commenting like mad 😂 But it’s because I am going through and watching all of your videos, so I apologise in advance.
    My question is, when you are at the very first beginning stages and learning through making a general store, do you suggest only targeting one country and having the currencies all around that one country? I am in the UK and have everything centred around IS Dollar and was targeting UK, US, Aus & Canada. What do you think? Thanks for your help

    • @JackKitchener
      @JackKitchener  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You could run ads to all 4 and see which responds best then adjust currency to match
