Halloween decorations/ DIY Nightmare Before Christmas yard decoration 2024

I made these from recycling my wreaths from last year. You can get wire wreaths from dollar store. I kept my cornstalks on to add an extra layer. I created boards by using liquid nails and skewer to join my styrofoam boards together. Once dried I scraped the sides with scissors to chew up the edges. I the used black paint around all the edges. Then I painted the rest of the board with brown paint. I used three different browns so each board was different.
I finish the boards with brushing the edges with yellow UV paint.
I purchased masks from Spirit of Halloween. I attached one of the masks to the wreath using a zip tie. Then I placed the boards around the mask and attached to wreath also with zip ties. Boards that over lap I glue and skew plus clap till dried.
Using insulation foam board, I create hands, body, ears, and any other parts for the characters. I give the foam parts a coat of white paint. After it’s dry I paint it with UV paint.( Art Deco) then glue, skew, or zip tie them in place.
This project can be used for other types of haunts. Skeletons, clowns, babies, zombies, poking out. Just to name a few.

They turned out AMAZING!!! I'd give Lock and Shock some glow-in-the-dark pupils in their eyes and also hitBarrels teeth with some glow-in-the-dark paint so they pop but super impressed with your project...they will look phenomenal in your setup
