I am a AE Seller FBM only so basicly I've understand that the product have to be physically in KSA to sell it so FBM will never work i mean there is no facility of collection from UAE to Deliver it to KSA
And Vat Registration is not needed for bith country unless you rich 375,000

Thanks for providing such information related to start business in KSA and UAE, I am an expats working in Al Ain, as per my knowledge the essential requirements for registration for VAT in UAE having 360,000 sales per annum, may I know can I start business as a trial for three month without registration with FTA.
Yes the minimum threshold is 375000 AED per year in revenue so you cannot register before you reach that number

No you are not doing anything wrong to be suspended. It is totally acceptable to sell in different marketplaces but you cannot sell with multiple accounts in the same marketplace

I think there must be some mistake. I suggest you reach out to seller support becasue they can verify this through your account directly since they have access to your account

You can use your UAE credentials to register on Amazon KSA as well
Thank you for getting back. I did attempt as you requested. But it is asking for KSA Trade License and Iqama Number and it gave me a period of 30 days to correct it.
Please note that I registered as a business because I’m a professional seller in the UAE marketplace

If i have a UK LTD and i live in country that is not in approved list for seller account creation in KSA but can I create a KSA account on my UK LTD?
You will need to also use your ID and if your country is not approved then even if your business is registered in the UK - you will not be able to open a seller account
