I do this Walk at home daily ,30 minutes a day, , five days in a week , and helps me to reduce and maintain my weight. This walk program is excellent one for me.👍👍👍

This is my favorite Walk at Home video! I like to repeat the warm up and cool down multiple times and that gives me a longer fat burning work out. I've lost 85 pounds in a year doing this, along with cycling, strength work, hiking, and logging calories.

Being older now, This was awesome. I tried to do a 2 mile..but ended up only doing a 1 mile...on Your walking fit in 2 miles. I came across this one..older yes, but, It is realistic for me to do. I need to lose 8 pounds, today is a new day..eating right, drinking water..all eating done by 6 pm..early bed time..and I want to do this video in the morning and before bed..I love this video!

It’s crazy how I just realized you could get these kinda videos on TH-cam and do this in home I would have done this for 2 years already but I just started doing your 1mile walks a day and it’s been 3 weeks but I just took a 3 day break but I’m back and I was able to fit in a pair a jeans I didn’t think I would have been able to wear again , I have lost 60 lbs a few years ago from just walking but then had a baby and after I stopped breastfeeding I gained back about 50lbs so I just need to walk again so I do it before he wakes up at 6am or around 5pm and I love IT.. thank you

I have not been feeling good since December 31st ... but today I actually had energy to do Leslie. I have been slacking on my walks because of not feeling good. I will admit that I have missed not working out with Leslie.
I’d like to point out something that sets these videos apart from others. Those who cannot see, can follow along, also. These videos are fully inclusive. So, if you know a blind person who is not exercising, please acquaint them with Leslie’s videos. Hers are the only mainstream videos I know of that are fully inclusive. In the days before TH-cam, Leslie used to say you don’t have to see the monitor to follow along and she is right. 20:45

I've been following Leslie's videos for over 10 years and I love her workouts. This particular video is a mash up of a few different videos. I wish they covered up the timer feature because before you get to the end of one timer, it flips to another workout, so it's confusing how long you have left til end of the workout. I usually workout for an hour and one of the reasons I picked this video was its run time of 20:44 minutes. However the cool down and stretch take up almost 6 minutes so it really closer to 15 minute workout. Otherwise I like the workout.
