- Hi! As the game is finally officially available, I've decided to share my own experience from the game from beginning to end.
Wanna thank @LeafCruz20 from twitter for giving me the past Paradox for this video due to lack of time completing the dex from Scarlet version.

Despite the game being officially available, it's best not to go on the internet if you don't want to get spoiled.

Yknow the situation of being a competitive Electric Physical user is bad when SUPERCELL SLAM is the only thing we are hyped for
And even then it’s an okay move because a ground type could be sent in and cause you to lose half heath
The concept of a *phsycial electric type* has always been bad even pokemon like zekrom and KB fall to reshiram and KW electric types are just built to be special speedster
it's basically a hjk but Electric, so for physical like electivire (if It learns It) or for mixed like raikou it's gonna destroy whole teams
He's still gonna be outclassed by others, but it's nice to see my boy luxray get buffed

As a Flareon fan, this is amazing
Electro Shot is absolutely insane. The instant charge in rain isn’t broken on a slow Pokémon like Archaludon, but if it moves to other Pokemon in future generations it’s got massive sweeping potential.
I kind of find it odd that it's an electric type move that is exclusive to a non-Electric type Pokemon.
@@Going4Broke2528 i think it makes sense for particularly this pokemon. game freak is clearly encouraging people to terastalize it into electric type, which means it gets 1 weakness - and once that stamina ability gets set up with screens, ground type attacks will become negligible.
that and now we know (whether in the near future or in future games) solar beam absolutely needs to get the same treatment and get a +1 sp. atk buff in the first turn. and then a +1 atk boost to solar blade until we eventually get the physical electro blade/sword/etc.
@Going4Broke2528 it sort of makes more sense why it's got such a high base power. I feel like it's a soft way to give the Pokémon kind of a third type, design-wise
Tera Electric is a good defensive type anyways
+ it boosts sp attack too

We gonna ignore that Luster Purge and Mist Ball got BUFFED to 95bp. Now a reason to use and see it in battle.
Did not know that! Dang i need a list of all these changes i keep finding out like one new one a day randomly lol
@@scottcrysel Yep! Mist Ball and Luster Purge are good moves now, Latias and Latios are eating... _mostly_ good, though they hate losing Mystical Fire.
Did not know Latias/Latios signature move are finally buffed glad gamefreak never forget about how low the BP for a 5 PP move thanks for pointing that out
Psychic noise is going to become OP in doubles/competitive

Edit: A lot of pokemon learns it, most of them are Psychic type (unsurprisingly)

i love that there’s a stronger fairy type move that is available to more pokémon but we really need more physical fairy moves

Iron Boulder looks so cool. I’d never thought the Terrakion form would be my favorite Sword of Justice.
I love how its head turns into a spade for Mighty Cleave.

Anyone else notice that when duraladun evolves into archladun, it’s changes from a bic lighter to a staple remover
It also changes from a building to a bridge

Some of the moves are honestly OP when it comes to Psychic Noise.
Electric shot will be nice in double rain team

@@TheHammerGuy94he’s not saying having one mon with all those things. You can pair Archaludon with Pelipper that has both Drizzle and Hurricane for example
Alluring Voice seems like it was almost tailor made for Primarina.
Another special Fairy-Type move! Thats exactly what we needed.

A physical electric move that’s worse than Wild Charge, a physical Fire move for a type that already has a really good physical move in Flare Blitz, and a 100% accurate Rock move that only one Pokémon can learn…

1 minor problem: It's Hi Jump Kick as an electric move.
so if it misses, it's a self-recoil move.
it does have 95% accuracy, so it won't miss as often
but if the target used double team once, or Detect, REKT

Just wanted to throw out there that tera blast has a unique effect when its set to Stellar (it works similarly to tera starstorm in appearance and type effectiveness) it will actually lower your attack and special attack after use.

Ngl but dragon cheer is the best move I ever see in doubles.
Dragon Cheer + Protect on ally and Scope Lens = ally always crits if Dragon.

@@ericstelzman5190 yeah but this move does more damage as well usually high base damage rock moves also have 95 or less accuracy this one doesn't, and accelrock is only 40 base power

All the new moves are nice and all, but I personally just love how the wild Pokémon them is just the BW wild Pokémon theme.
(It sounds closer to the shaking grass encounter music).
The wild Tera pkmn theme IS the shaking grass theme from BW as well

Holy moly, Indigo Disk's wild battle theme is a remix of the Unova wild battle theme.
because the school is in Unova.
basically GF saying: "HERES YOUR BW REMAKES!!! STOP BUGGING US!!"
but then when they eventually make the BW remakes, they NEED to include some references to BB academy, or some access to the location.
So Duraludon's a Golden Gate Bridge now. Hectic.

Dragon Hammer has a move since Alola. It's just usually exclusive to Alolan Exeggcutor through level up and a select few pokemon through breeding.
Dragon Hammer isn’t new. Alolan Executor got it in Alola

I should mention it was my first time seeing the move. Which is ironic considering moon was my first game.
It’s not easy being a physical electric type.
You got the thunder punch (no power) wild charge (recoil) and the Supercell Slam (95%= is basically 50% accurate lets be real)
Wild charge would be good if it has BP like other recoil moves but noooooo

Pecharunt will appear in the future event, and it will serve as the first mythical Pokemon in Generation 9. Because it never appeared in Indigo Disk DLC, only the event will soon.

Question. If a grass type is affected by "Alluring Voice" while the field is set to "Grassy Terrain", would it still heal? Or do field conditions count as moves?
pretty sure Psychic Noise would block Grassy Terrain too (Alluring Voice is the Fairy one that confuses the target if they've boosted their stats the same turn they got hit with it)
@@Crescendobro My bad. I got confused about the name of the move. But yes, I was referring to the new move that "blocks healing from moves, items, and abilities". The fact that it uses that phrasing instead of "blocks all healing" or something similar made me wonder if there was a way for the affected Pokemon to heal before it wore off.

Why is draconic cheer the move nessecary for dippillin to evolve? Does anyone have a reason or theory.
Dripplin are two "worms" inside the apple so they have some kind of emotional problem and get so happy when someone cheers for them that they evolve
