Yes noscoperz is correct krytacs generally use proprietary gear sets, the likes of shs won't work. It's best to go for Prometheus 13:1 sets for use in krytac gearboxes.
So it looks like he is using a nano tech battery and when I had my mcx up and working I had gotten rid of gas block so my batteries could sit it in the rail. But now looking at it I would just get a peq box with the battery inside.

Hey dude! Are you using the stock gearbox shell that comes with the gun or another one? I got 13:1 gears for my krytac but the gearbox won’t close
Make sure all ur parts are lined up
Also krytac shells sometimes need proprietary gears sorry for the late follow up
