Watched Songs of War and was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of its animation. It still tops every other MC animation I've ever seen and the fan-made Seasons 2 and 3 do not do the original one justice. Another studio created Season 2 Episode 1 and it looked just like the original, but I don't think it got enough support and so they discontinued that. If any of my information is incorrect, feel free to mention it. This is what I've gathered and I LOVE the whole Songs of War season by Black Plasma Studios. The music in this video perfectly matches the fighting sequences and I never knew until Songs of War that anyone could pull off such incredible, realistic battle scenes with cube characters.
They're (PixelZanimation/KnightsOfArdonia) currently in the middle of the second episode of season 2, it takes longer since it's a fan animation and they might just be doing it with only a few others instead of an entire team of people like the first season.
I remember it was during covid I was depressed but had this to cheer me up it got me into animation so I could one day make a master peice like this bring joy to someone even for a second 😊

Didn’t anyone notice that DeathSinger wore the color of TideSinger’s Clan when he fought in that tournament,it meant that DeathSinger and TideSinger were once super close friends back then and when TideSinger told DeathSinger to enter the tournament he decided to dress as the color of the clan of TideSinger and was probably to show how much he trusted TideSinger and showed that he really did looked up to him because TideSinger was really his only friend.This gives TideSinger and DeathSinger Friendship some little lore that season 1 gave us.

I swear this was one of the best movies ever made. Like in history. I was devastated to find out that there was no season 2 as this was absolutely insane and it would end insane!😍

If you ever get a bank account, and have a spare ~15 USD a year, you could support them a little (1 + tax USD per month). Or try to learn Blender, maybe someday help with the animation. Or just tell people how awesome it is and spread the word around. I know some people are too young, or are in a situation where every penny counts. It's like 8 packets of cheap instant ramen a month. A big difference between eating and not eating. Other people, who do have that 1.2 USD a month to spare- you have no excuse. You want season 2, vote with your wallet.

Okay ... so I haven’t played very much Minecraft in over a year, and I just saw this and I’m also rewatching a lot of ancient Minecraft animations and songs. The story was well thought its so amazing this should be in the cinemas and Im dying to now what happened but its about time to let go of this series its been a geat run I never knew what happened cause I didnt read or watch the script and commentary but Im pretty sure theres still a 0.000000001 percent that this series would continue and if it does I will be there he odds arent in our favor but as long as there is I'll be happy to watch this series again thank you david for the amazing work songs of war has been the best thing I have watched my entire life sad though it was cancelled but this is a true master piece best animator david.
