- The 7-4 Auburn Tigers traveled to Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, AL to face the 11-0, #1 Alabama Crimson Tide. The year prior, Auburn had defeated Alabama 26-14, handing the Crimson Tide its only loss of the season and posting their largest margin of victory over Alabama since 1969.

With this win, Alabama became just the second team in college football history to win 12 games by 20 or more points. The only other team to do so was the 1888 Yale Bulldogs. Tua Tagovailoa set a new school record for touchdowns in a single game with 6 and a new school record for touchdowns in a season with 41.

these last ten years have been utterly hell for auburn and while the alabama crimson tide got to sit on the throne like gods and thats not fair. lets go back to the 2010 college football season. you see cam newton and company were running the table for auburn and that years ironbowl came and at halftime alabama had a 20 point something lead and then after halftime cam newton leads auburn to a comeback,a camback if you will and auburn wins 28 to 27 over alabama and so i go to bed that night and i have the most awesomest dream ever that the year was 2020 and alabama had not beat auburn since 2010 and auburn beats alabama in the 2020 ironbowl and then a year later 2021 the state of alabama took a vote and auburn wins the vote and all of the alabama fans are forced to say war eagle and anything alabama crimson tide related is buried,burned and forgotten and tuscaloosca became a north auburn and auburn became a south auburn,we even changed the name of the state of alabama to the state of auburn and we even changed the state flag from the red x on a white background to the orange and blue a.u logo and none of you alabama fans couldn't stop it from happening. or so it seemed because the very next day i wake up from my most awesomest dream ever to the worst possible news ever that a evil demon from hell basically tuscaloosca named harvey updke had poisoned toomers corner and that was the day that my dream died and the next thing i know auburn is suffering in the firey pits of hell and alabama is sitting on the throne like gods and this just isn't fair,this is a nightmare and i can't take it anymore,its gotten so bad for me that i have been throwing things at my wall and flipping my table over,loss after loss after loss after loss after loss after loss for auburn and while alabama gets to sit on the throne like gods and thats just not fair,this is a nightmare. when harvey updye passed away last year i was happy,i partied and cheered that he died and the curse should have died with him,i will never forgive him for what he did. wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf did auburn ever do to deserve this punishment? tell me? oh god why? alabama cheated and were paid to cheat and so were the refs because cheaters never win and its all harvey updykes fault.

1:33.........Auburn fans griped about the call and Malzhan even got a penalty. My goodness, Moses was getting his jersey ripped off! Without the hold Moses makes the tackle and it's a 4-5 yard gain. At 2:03 you can see he was holding on the back too.

Justin Blevins Im always optimistic about Alabama just because they’re my team. I honesty think we needed a losss like that to use as redemption this upcoming season. Everyone is already propping up Clemson and Trevor Lawrence on a pedestal yet they play in the weakest conference in all of the Big 5. They literally play nobody competitive. I just think they wanted it more that day. But I hope we play them again to remind them who’s boss of the College Football world 👊🏻

This is a weak year for college football. Alabama is head & shoulders above everyone, Clemson played the weakest schedule, let SC drop 600 yards of offense on them, trailed to Duke and Syracuse and had 2 struggle wins and they're #2, ND is definitely not a top 4 team and they're #3, UGA is decent but Alabama is going to puppy dog walk them out of the Mercedes Benz Dome so they'll have 2 loses, and Oklahoma and OSU are straight trash neither one of them deserves the 4th spot.
