দাদা information bulletin এর 5 no page এর উপরের dike লেখা je 2023 april er ager issued obc দের কাছে ইনকাম সার্টিফিকেট চাইছে to ওখানে ncl certificate দিলেই to হবে যেই অথরিটি obc issued করেছে আমায় tar থেকে
