Izuku gets the scars on his hand from the Sports Festival and fighting not only to prove himself worthy of One For All, but to also help Todoroki begin his journey of self-acceptance and recovery from childhood trauma and realize that he and his fire are not just extensions of Endeavor's dream of being Number 1. Iida gets scars from the battle against Stain in Hosu, a battle that was really about Iida bring his brother's near-killer to justice and getting revenge on Stain for what he had done to Ingenuim. And Aizawa, getting a scar for fighting to the near-death to protect his kids.

It does depend though - if they're quick, which lets face it, they aren't, they could get away from my Erasure and sneak attack me. But yeah, overall, it's a pretty high up on the list quirk.

I cried at the usj arc because I thought Mr. Aizawa was gonna die and it was too early for him to bc I already established an emotional connection with him
I never realized but Aizawa trained martial arts and had a hell of a body training. Theoretically speaking is Aizawas ability way too strong in its own department. Until now he almost beat everyone even though he always had the disadvantage. Usually his strength reminds me of an assasin. A quick attack that needs to finish off the opponnent without anyone noticing. i hope we can see him in a battle situation where the variables arent completely against him.
Yeah that was a straight up suicide mission. He should of been promoted to principle just for the fact he survived and protected his students risking death.
