Which Vancouver Hotel is the BEST! Exchange vs Fairmont

It's our last day in Vancouver so I give a the hotels we stayed at a review and tell you which one is the best out of the two! Exchange vs Fairmont! It's pretty hard to decide but Exchange i think is best for me. The price is better, and the aesthetic is better!
We also grabbed a quick lunch at Hawksworth which was one of the best restaurants in Vancouver! We got some delicious pork belly, scallops, risotto, seafood platter, cheeses and a peanut butter tart.
