Only 1k views? This video is amazing, it deserves a lot more attention. Thank you for this very clear explanation

Im kinda surprised it's that hidden with only a handful of views, thx was clear and I hope to see more from you about this topic specifically
cause surely this concept of navigation mesh is one thing and kinda powerful, does a lot and is enough for many uses but given any random space dont tell me such low level analyzes could do the job at telling a bot where it can go and what it can do
cause the environment is one thing but if we imagine a bot being litteraly anything from a human to a jellyfish let's imagine, only the jellyfish will be able to squeeze into holes in water centimiters wide, at this point not taking into account what the bot is able to do and what it is, is meaningless
keeping track of so many different parameters, being all bots in the scene, what they are and how is the environment, can be warm, cold, shape changing, extremes conditions like strong magnetic fields idk, properties overall of the objects, possible interaction with current environement like fire and wood, well I think thats enough to get my point
there is some obvious limitations, or maybe not? even then I doubt it will be a good way to analyze such extreme conditions, the idea itself is super interesting in controlled environements and characters, close to human or wild animal form
how about other options? ok ok first is it even possible to have something that can look at the current situation and dictates what every bot should do in any situations given all informations about it? it's closer to physics simulations and AI at this point, if every bot has learned how to naviguate in various conditions, maybe it will do some educated guesses on unknown ones in the future, but we lose all control over the situation
I feel like I've lost it, I'm going off topic and it seems unpractical and kind of useless to try to do such extreme things, why would we need such complete naviguation meshes, idk
and I can't find a nice ending to this monologue, so I'll just end it here "that's a good place to stop" ;)
poor you to be victim of a such random meaningless comment
